Price from thousands to tens of thousands of dollars, mostly tens of thousands of US dollars. If you buy all the optional modules, some software cost over a hundred thousand dollars! Sure the commercial software is better than free software in interface, functions and usage. However, even the commercial also not easy to use. One to three days of training required with extra fee.
In my personal opinion, most users use only 5-10% of the software function.
One year after the initial purchase, should buy annual support pack yearly if you would like to keep receiving updates and technical support. The annual support pack costs approximately 15-30% of purchased price.
